Dentists from the U.S. or Mexico join Ameritribes missionaries for 5-7 days in the village,
treating many patients during that time. Through dental work, God is
opening the hearts of the Nahuat and Tepehuan people. As trust is established,
people are more open to the gospel.
Dental Services Outreach
In communities where traditional missionaries are not welcome, creative strategies must be used. In the Nahuat/Tepehuan context, Ameritribes uses dental outreach to meet the needs of the people while also establishing credibility in the community and building relationships.
